Glory Last YOGA

Every breath is beautiful! Let Glory guide you in the ancient practice of Hatha YOGA.

Bring your mind and body into a state of balance.

Hatha YOGA

Hatha YOGA may be practiced by any person in any physical state. It is truly a practice of self discovery of your body through the various asanas or postures. Each student will develop at their own pace, and must never force any of the postures to emulate the image of each asana. Glory Last has been teaching for over 30 years now , and understands the importance of this, helping each student to develop their own unique potential.

Vinyasa Slow Flow

Vinyasa is a type of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Often referred to as “Vinyasa Flow”, this form of yoga combines multiple postures in a rhythmic sequence. Glory teaches her variety of Vinyasa Flow, not to be confused with Power Yoga. Her style is influenced by the Hatha tradition practice.

Glory offers Vinyasa Flow classes in both private and group sessions.

Recovery & Restore

For those that are recovering from an illness or a medical procedure, or those that have chronic conditions, this form of yoga offers a very gentle path in the healing process for both body and mind. This practice can alternatively done on a Yoga mat or chair.

Glory Last is an experienced instructor, having worked with recovering cardiac patients, seniors in care facilities and Rehab centres such as the Toronto Rehab Foundation  a member of the University Health Network (UHN).

A Few Words From My Incredible Yogis..

Brenda Conway

Glory’s wit and charm, along with her understanding of how bodies work, have made me look forward to her classes for almost 10 years. As I was healing from breast cancer and other challenges, she helped me adapt the routines, improving my flexibility and feeling good about myself. What a wonderful teacher!
